Klaus is a serial entrepreneur and Ex-Googler with more than 25 years of experience in data ecosystems. He founded JENTIS and 123sonography, has raised more than €20 million in venture capital, and previously held leadership roles at Google, T-Mobile and H3G.

He brings decades of experience scaling digital businesses to Wictory. As an endurance sports enthusiast with marathon and ski racing experience, he knows first-hand what data-driven training and fueling mean for performance.

Markus has been building for the web since the age of 13 (more than 80 websites and webshops to date) and is an experienced digital product leader with 15 years in e-commerce and digital solutions, including a supplements company (Pure) and an AI company. He moved into AI in 2017 and has since guided companies through AI integration, expertise that now powers Wictory's AI-driven coaching and nutrition platform.

As a triathlete and former Austrian biathlon champion, he combines deep product and technology know-how with the perspective of a competitive athlete.

Amy is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics with more than 20 years of experience, and the founder of the nutrition counseling company, The Sports Nutrition Playbook. She has worked with professional and elite teams including the Dallas Cowboys, the Texas Rangers, and Texas Christian University (TCU) Athletics.

Amy is the author of The Sports Nutrition Playbook, created the Sports Nutrition Game Plan for high school athletic programs, holds a Master's degree in Exercise and Sports Nutrition from Texas Woman's University, and serves there as an adjunct professor. At Wictory, she leads our nutrition practice and our network of performance registered dietitians.

Christina Williams is a nationally acclaimed weight loss and metabolic health strategist with nearly two decades of experience in wellness, performance, and behavioral optimization. An IFBB Professional Bodybuilder and bestselling author, she has guided professional athletes, public figures, and high-performing teams. Christina holds a Master's in Nutrition and is a Certified Intuitive Health and Wellness Life Coach. At Wictory, she leads U.S. business development and strategic partnerships, driving growth and forging cross-disciplinary collaborations.

Dr. Wiebke-Maria Schlusemann is a Performance Nutritionist with experience in elite football and applied sports science. She has supported professional athletes in optimizing performance, recovery, and long-term development through evidence-based, individualized nutrition strategies, bridging data insights and practical application in everyday athlete environments.

Wiebke is the client contact for the EU. European athletes, clubs and partners should reach her first.

Kayla runs dietitian relations and day-to-day operations across the Wictory roster, from onboarding and credentialling through to scheduling and client care.
