FAQ

Coverage questions

+Will my insurance cover nutrition counseling?
If you're in-network with Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, or UnitedHealthcare, almost certainly yes. Most in-network clients pay $0 out-of-pocket, and many plans cover unlimited sessions. We verify your specific plan before your first session.
+What if you don't take my insurance?
We accept FSA/HSA payments for clients with limited coverage. For self-pay, sessions are $150 (initial) and $125 (follow-up), and a 3-session Sports Nutrition Performance Package is available for $350.
+Are you really licensed in every state?
49 of them, plus DC. We're licensed everywhere except Alaska, and telehealth lets you meet your dietitian from anywhere in those locations.
+How many visits does a plan cover?
Coverage varies by plan, but 10+ visits per year is common and many plans cover unlimited visits. We verify the exact benefits of your plan before your first session so there are no surprises.
